Acceptable use policy

Be accurate and honest

Do not post information you know is false or misleading.

• Do not claim or create a listing for a campground you do not run or have no right to represent.
• Do not post fake reviews, fake availability, fake rates or fake photos.
• Do not pretend to be another person, park or company.
• Show your real rates, taxes, fees and cancellation policy before a guest pays.

Content you add

You may only add content you have the right to use.

• Photos and text must be yours or used with permission.
• No content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit.
• No content that exposes someone’s private information.
• No spam, advertising for unrelated businesses, or links to harmful sites.

Use the system fairly

Keep the service working for everyone.

• No scraping, bulk copying or reselling of the directory without our written permission.
• No attempts to break, probe, overload or get around the security of CampStack.
• No automated account creation, and no sharing of logins outside your park’s own staff.
• No use of CampStack to collect card details or personal information outside our checkout.

Guests and bookings

Parks must honor confirmed reservations on the terms they published. Parks and campers must not use booking tools to harass, discriminate against or mislead anyone.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may remove content, hide a listing, suspend an account or end service. We try to tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it, unless the problem is serious or the law says we cannot. You can reply to any notice to explain or appeal.
